CROSS SECTIONS
Here you find the code to calculate Standard Model Cross Sections with
ZFITTER, TOPAZ0
or GENTLE,
as well as already calculated x-sections.

- Theory Info
Comments from theorists on accuracy of SM predictions.
- ZFITTER.JOB
A simple job to calculate all difermion
cross-sections and asymmetries using ZFITTER v6.10.
Allows one to use any s' cut.
- TOPAZ0.JOB
A test job to calculate all difermion
cross-sections and asymmetries with TOPAZ v4.4.
Tries several different signal definitions.
GENTLE.JOB
A simple job to calculate CC03
W+W- cross-sections.
zfitter_0.1.cross
Cross-sections and asymmetries calculated by ZFITTER.JOB
at 91, 130 136, 161, 172, 183, 189, 192 &
196 GeV using sqrt(s'/s)>0.1 cut.
zfitter_0.9.cross
Cross-sections and asymmetries calculated by ZFITTER.JOB
at 91, 130 136, 161, 172,
183, 189, 192 & 196 GeV using sqrt(s'/s)>0.9 cut.
bhm01.cross
Cross-sections and asymmetries calculated with
BHM
at 91,161,172 and 183 GeV using sqrt(s'/s)>0.1 cut.
bhm09.cross
Cross-sections and asymmetries calculated with
BHM
at 91,161,172 and 183 GeV using sqrt(s'/s)>0.9 cut.
gentle_0.0.cross
W+W- CC03 cross-sections at 161, 172 and 183 GeV produced
by GENTLE.JOB
for W masses of 80.356 and 80.481 GeV.
pythia_qq_0.0.cross
One can also check the ZFITTER qq(gamma)
cross-section using PYTH04.
Instructions and results in pythia_qq_0.0.cross.
korl08.cards
One can further check the ZFITTER qq(gamma)
cross-section using KORALZ (KORL08).
Use the cards-file korl08.cards. Here is the needed Makefile (Unix).
krlw02_0.0.cross
One can check the GENTLE W+W- CC03 cross-section using
KRLW02. Instructions
and results in krlw02_0.0.cross.
Other processes (Zee, Z gamma,
W e nu) still to be done.
