Justification:
It solves issues in production with the AtlFast transforms

(2)McAsciiEventSelector-00-00-01 and EvgenJobTransforms-00-04-19-08
 
Justification: 
 Adds a new ASCII evgen reading package was in there and also
the merged transform as it was decided in the SPMB 
are working on.

This adds the following transform:

 csc_readasciigen_trf.py
 -  takes the name of the zipped ASCII file
 -  takes the name of the output EVGEN POOL file
optionnaly also takes the number of events one wants to process.

(3) TrigJetHypo-00-01-26-04

Justification:  
Some missing lines in the jobOptions made that some of the TrigJetHypo instances used
the default threshold values for the selection cuts instead of the specific ones of their
corresponding thresholds. The situation was corrected by adding the corresponding jobOption
lines.

(4) DC3_joboptions-00-01-53

Justification: 
Tag needed for the FDR production, it solves the fact that 
one of the samples was broken (b-physics group). It also  
solves Heavy Ions problems 

(5) egammaRec-03-06-04-08, egammaUtils-00-03-19, RecJobTransforms-00-05-43-03

Justification:
It solves the ETCone problem found in 12.0.X
