### 13.0.10.1 Production Cache
(27th June 2007)

   This is the first production cache created with the release 13.0.10.  
The expectations after the tests done are:   

 + Event generation seems to be working (there is one test in the Full Chain Tests
   Gen.CSC.005200.T1_McAtNlo_Jimmy which is failing)
 + Simulation & digitization seems to be working
 + Reconstruction Minimal without trigger seems to be working

The PileUp/AtlFast/TAG and full reconsruction were not fixed in this initial
cache.

  - This solves a problem with the gccxml path in the kit that causes
compilations to fail. This in turn causes thge MooEvent test in Kit
Validation to fail.

chose random number service in production. This one has a default
value (ranecu), so it's safe.
