-----> DBRelease is 19.6.1 or higher
-----> This fixes an important bug in the Tier-0 monitoring configuration,
and it will also be used for MC12 production.
Additionally, there is a tag that increases the maximum POOL file size
from 10GB to 12GB. Grid site admins have reported that this should be ok.
