First cache which is aimed at data reprocessing.
An important purpose is to be tested on the grid for preparing the bulk processing of the data-reprocessing.
This cache contains 1 tile update which breaks frozen T0 but makes data closer to MC. It should still be considered as part of the reprocessing effort.
It contains an important bugfix from the generator group (MCatNLO_i package).
It contains a fix (reverted package) for physicsD3PDMaker which was broken in the base release.
It contains other bugfixes.
