The reason for this release is:

- MadGraph: improve madspin functionality to use a release-dependent SUSY model, and add the update_param_card_blocks function, which is important to be able to update parameter cards depending on the model being used. AGENE-1476
 - Update Sherpa version to 2.2.4. AGENE-1412
 - SimulationJobOptions update for production request: Single Particle Samples for Magnetic Monopole and HECOs (delta-ray range cut systematic). ATLMCPROD-5306
