20.1.2.1 Production Cache

This first (and most likely only) cache of 20.1.2 is needed at Tier-0 for reconstruction of cosmic-ray commissioning runs (until we migrate to
20.1.3.Y) and contains many updates compared to the 20.1.2.Y series currently used. It may also be used for 2012 reprocessing (starting with DRAW) on the grid.
