I am a CERN User and I am changing Institute!

A change of institute should be completed in 2 steps. Step 2 can be started only when step 1 is completed.

Step 1 : Procedure with the Users Office

1.        Complete the New User Registration Form signed by your Institute Team Leader or Complete the EDH Checklist.

2.         Home Institution Declaration  signed by the Administration or Direction of your Institute.

If you are not physically present at CERN you can ask a colleague to take your paperwork directly to the USERS office on your behalf. Copies are accepted.

Step 2 : With the ATLAS Secretariat

1.        Complete the  ATLAS Registration Form

2.        Tick change of institute at the top of the form and have it signed by your team leader or deputy.

The ATLAS Secretariat will then make the change in the ATLAS Glance database.
