Step 1 : Procedure

Users office
1. Fill in an EDH Checklist
2. Attach
to the Check List the
Home Institution Declaration signed
by the Administration or Direction of your Institute.
Step 2 : Procedure with the
ATLAS
Secretariat
1.
Complete the
ATLAS
Registration Form
2.
Tick contract extension
at the top of the form and have it signed by your team leader or deputy.
The
ATLAS Secretariat will then make the change in the ATLAS Glance database.
