4.4.32 REAL FUNCTION ZTCFCP( ICAL, CTYP) : Calorimeter First Cell Phi

Return the lower edge in phi of the first cell for a given calorimeter that is modular in phi.

ARGUMENTS:

INPUT :

    ICAL : number of the calorimeter.
    CTYP  : +ve : Cylindrical detector.
            -ve : Plane detector.

IMPLICIT INPUTS:

    From /ZTBAC/  FCPB, Barrel calorimeter first module phi
    From /ZTFWC/  FCPF, Forward calorimeter first module phi

IMPLICIT OUTPUTS:

    none.

FUNCTION VALUE:

The lowest phi value of the first cell, ie. the offset in the phi-bining.
