     Updates in version 1.2 (wrt version 1.0 described in the manual):

  1. Double precision has been introduced in some places in PYRAND
     in relation to the cross-section calculations.
     As a result, common PYCROZ is split into PYPROZ and PYPROX,
     the latter containing the double precision arrays PRECRS, PRECRM.

  2. EHLQ structure function parametrisations updated according to
     Eichten et al., Fermilab-Pub-86/75T (1986).
     Dimension of XQ-array in common PYINT1 increased to XQ(-6:6).
