2002 CERNLIB Release

A bug in Hplot and PAW in Cernlib 2002 (pro) affecting all systems but relatively few users was corrected on 13 November 2002. The fix is in HPLAER (asymmetric errors drawing), HPLOT version 5.24/02 in graflib and the Paw executables. Due to some changes in parameters passing to this routine, the errors along the Y axis were symmetric.

An update of the CERN Program Library 2002 version was made for the current supported platforms and compilers on 23 September 2002. This is to get round an incompatibility in the Linux Redhat 6.x gcc 2.91 and gcc 2.95 compiler sets which could give unsatisfied externals c_div and z_div when compiling complex divisions in Comis functions.

Stdhep V5_01 has been copied from FNAL replacing v4_07 on 22 October 2002 on PC Linux RH7.2 and RH6.1, SUN Solaris 7 and Tru64 Unix 4.0F. For details refer to 2002/include/stdhep/README and http://www-pat.fnal.gov/stdhep.html.
