A development release with minor fixes, currently only for Linux Redhat 7.3 with
gcc 3.2 and also Intel ifc 7.0. Now also for an early Redhat10 with gcc 3.3.
It did not become an official CERN "pro" release. The last source modification
was made on the 14 January 2004.
