C++ interface to threads. 0.13 Overview The Thread-- library provides a fairly complete C++ interface to threads. The library is designed such that it is fairly easy to port to another underlying C thread library. The best guide to the library is to look at the Examples provided with the source. Then, to really utilize the documentation and/or understand the source code, you should read the Design pages. The name of the library Thread-- was inspirred by the Gtk equivilant: Gtk--. Why they chose to call it that, rather than the more obvious Gtk++, I don't know. I guess it's a joke.
