| Abstract: The BRIL project strategy for Phase-2 combines three different elements: maintenance and upgrades of existing detectors, development of new detectors, and adding dedicated readouts to other planned CMS detectors for luminosity and beam monitoring data. This strategy will allow for meeting the performance targets and maintaining a good diversity of detector systems, while reducing the overall development requirements and costs. | ||
