  • FrameMaker 6.0: for all platforms: (Nice 95, NT, 2000, Solaris, HPUX, AIX, Linux via Solaris, and Macintosh) is now available. Users on Nice 95 & NT will have to install it locally via a new Nice Menu, but version 5.5.6 will stay available. Users on Macintosh will have to borrow the CDROM. SGI/Irix is not supported anymore by Adobe. Framemaker on IBM/Aix and HP/HPUX: does not contain 'distiller' anymore, it is no more possible to generate acrobat/pdf file.
  • Together 5.0 build 1340: is only available for beta testers as we don't have definitive licenses yet. It's a UML Integrated Development Environment generating Java and C++.
  • Rational Unify Process 2001.03: (RUP) is now available. It's a Web-enabled software engineering process for software best practices.
