• Rational Unify Process 2001A.04: (RUP) is available. It's a Web-enabled software engineering process for software best practices. Try it! • Together 5.0 : (UML Integrated Development Environment generating Java and C++) Nodelock academic licenses are now available. So only local installation can work.
  
  
• Rose 2001 on Linux (OMT/Booch/UML analysis and design tool with C++/Java/Ada code generation) is now available.
  
  
• CodeWizard 4.0 (Coding standards enforcement tool that prevents errors and standardizes C/C++ code.) is now in production
  
  
• Soda for Frame : (Software Documentation Automation) As this tool is no more used, we decide to stop the maintenance. Soda for Word will continue.
  
  
• SDLT for FrameMaker 6.0 : (Software Documentation Layout Templates) has been upgraded to v2.1. The template has no new feature, and it is now usable without any upgrade.

• CERN-Specific Office templates in FrameMaker are now upgraded for FM 6.0. FM users on Unix will get them directly in the FM "New" menu.
