Your message is being delivered to the central Computing Helpdesk where it will be treated or sent to the relevant support-line. In future please use the address helpdesk@cern.ch for any computing query. Should you wish to contact members of the User Services Group in IT Division you can use the address User.Relations@cern.ch.
