How can I specify a decnet address in pine ?

Answer

A user whose DECNET address is VXCERN::XXX can be contacted from UNIX (including pine) as

xxx%vxcern.decnet@dxmint.cern.ch

I have changed my entry in EMDIR. When will the change be visible from XWHO ?

Answer

Updates to EMDIR become visible in XWHO (and all the tools based on the same data base) the next day if the change has been done before 22:30. Otherwise it appears the day after that.
