The User Consultancy Office as a service provides a collection of
short documents, mostly related to UNIX.
They are intended as brief introductory guides to help the novice user
become effective without initially having to
plough through detailed reference documentation. (Notice however, that we
strongly recommend you
consult the reference manuals if you intend to make serious use of the
application or facilty documented in the cards.)
Most reference cards are also available on-line located at
http://wwwinfo.cern.ch/uco/refcards
and visible via a WWW
browser such as Mosaic
or Netscape
.
They have also been categorised to help users
