MOWGLI - The Mailing List Web Interface

MOWGLI is an interactive Web interface to ListBox, the central electronic mailing list server at CERN. It provides easy access for both list users and administrators for file retrieval, list membership, registration, etc.

Besides the functionality of the standard e-mail interface to ListBox, MOWGLI offers:

full list display allowing easy subscribing and un-subscribing,
entry editing,
simultaneous display of multiple lists,
user authentication,
formatted list display and printing.

It also includes a simple form for new list requests.
