Operating Systems Availability on ASIS

  Philippe Defert IT/DIS

The various Operating Systems (O.S.) for which there is software in the ASIS application software repository are:

When a platform is said to be "frozen", it means that all applications are kept in the repository but no new package or version of a package will be introduced in the repository for this architecture.

When a platform is said to be "partial", it means that only some applications are generated for this particular O.S. Getting access to ASIS applications is to be done with the appropriate tools which will give you some applications of this particular platform and the rest from the "closest" O.S., called the "fail-over".
