Can the UCO give more space on any central machines (AFS, MAILSERVer,
PC/NICE, etc.)?
Answer -
The answer is
"yes, when the user cannot contact his group/space
administrator and only within specific limits", which are:
otherwise the user must contact either his "group/space administrator"
(for AFS and MAIL) or his "NICE Divisional Representative".
