The status of the ASIS Application Software repository is presently as follows:

• Supported platforms:
  • i386_redhat51: Linux RedHat 5.1
  • i386_linux2: Linux RedHat 4.1 (frozen)
  • sun4x_56: SUN Solaris 2.6
  • sun4x_55: SUN Solaris 2.5.1 (frozen)
  • hp_ux102: HP-UX 10.20
  • alpha_dux40: DEC OSF 4.0b
  • rs_aix41: IBM AIX 4.1.5 (to be frozen in the next months)
  • rs_aix42: IBM AIX 4.2.1 (partial and frozen)
  • rs_aix43: IBM AIX 4.3.2
• Unsupported platforms:
  • i386_redhat50: Linux RedHat 5.0 (partial and frozen)
  • sgi_64: SGI Irix 6.4
  • sgi_52: SGI Irix 5.3 (frozen)
  • sun4c_411 (SUNOS 4.1.3) (frozen since 1997)
  • hp700_ux90 (HP-UX 9.05) (frozen since 1997)
  • alpha_osf32 (DEC OSF 3.2c) (frozen since 1997)

A platform is declared "partial" when only a part of the applications is generated for this particular O.S.. Getting access to ASIS applications is to be done with the appropriate tools which will give you some application of this particular platform and the rest from the closest O.S., called the "fail-over".
