VO SUPPORT

 . The 4 LHC experiment VOs should be my primary support community.

 . Getting the VOs to use the Grid and trust our services is what we wish
   to achieve. We also wish them to use GGUS as a medium for problem
   reporting.

 . It is fine for the experiment to provide 1st level support, if this is
   their wish. It is my task to find out *who* these supporters are.
   A walk through the GGUS flow per VO is part of this task.

 . Attend the Experiment Computing Coordination public meetings from time
   to time for information exchange.

 . As a first exercise I should put the GGUS documents up-to-date.

 . I should be attending the Monday pm meeting between Jamie, EIS and the
   experiments at 14:30 hrs.

 . I should continue with LCGSCM participation because service changes
   affect the VOs and may raise support issues.

 . The GMoD should convey problems discussed or important service changes
   announced at the morning meeting for us to, pro-actively, inform the
   users, when appropriate.

 . GGUS - OSG tickets: There is some inter-connectivity already. Rob
   Quick(?) is the OSG Support helpdesk contact. Any additional
   enhancement is low priority.

 . Wish-list from the VOs:
	. Alice: Wishes direct access to experts, because they find the
          Grid services, still, quite fragile, to enter a routine support
          model.
	. Atlas: How are their users taught to use GGUS?
	. CMS:  In principle, they agree to turn their CRAB mailing list
          into a GGUS Support Unit. I don't know if it is done.
	. LHCb:  GGUS is good for communication with ROCs and sites
          (infrastructure kind of problems). GGUS is not well linked with
          the true service experts.
	. Common to all: Statistics of bad or slow support, wrong Support
          Unit (SU) assignments.

 . Wish-list from Release people (no obvious relation with GGUS):
	. When the VOs' requirements are included in the release, there is
          no feed-back channel to inform them the requested functionality
          is there.  Set-up a regular monthly meeting with LHC experiment
          VOs. Establis the informatiom link with software release people
          in GD.

 . Participate in the ESC meetings. Lead WG4 (?) on VO integration.
