We agreed on 2005-03-22 to switch off the lcg-registrar.cern.ch service as soon as all VOs are moved to VOMS (notes in http://cern.ch/dimou/lcg/voms/VOmgrs-registrar.txt ). We already moved the 4 LHC Experiment VOs, DTEAM and ESR. To assist you with the migration and remind you why this is necessary, we prepared page https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/LCG/LcgRegistrar We hope the timescale (YearEnd 2006) is acceptable for you. Thanks in advance for replying to this and best regards - maria PS I don't know who is the system manager of the LDAP server babar-vo.gridpp.ac.uk at Manchester. I understand that E.Luppi authorises the BaBaR users in the VO but doesn't run the VO server.
