The FrameMaker file containing the Members of the ATLAS Collaboration list can be added to the TDR book as the last appendix. You will need to update the running headers after the file is added.
This list is formatted using a
Body Block Small
for the country, followed by pairs of one
Body After Block Emphasis Small
for the institute and a
Body After Block Small
that contains a comma separated list of members, with last name followed by initials. There should be a hard space,
SHIFT-RETURN
, between the name and the first initial.
