Saving as PDF is straight forward, except for the setting up of bookmarks. It is recommended that the same hierarchy as the FrameMaker table of contents is used. Thus, the list below Include Paragraphs: of the Acrobat Setup dialog should look like this:

To guarantee that hyperlinks within the TDR work properly in PDF, it is better to produce one PDF file for the entire TDR, as opposed to single ones for each source file.
