E.2 Incorrect printing of Symbol font characters on Windows
Problem pointed out by Lorne Levinson, who also supplied the following solution:
On Windows machines, characters in the Symbol font do not get printed correctly on some printers, e.g. HP LaserJet. For example, eta prints as h and mu as m, but not the serif version of these characters. The characters print OK on QMS printers.
