Serguei Ganjour
"Most men will not swim before they are able to"

―Hermann Hesse, Steppenwolf

Serguei Ganjour — experimental particle physicist, working on the CMS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN in Switzerland.

My primary research interest is understanding the nature of electro-weak symmetry breaking and searching for new physics phenomena at the Energy Frontier. In particular, I am actively involved in studies of the new boson discovered by CMS and ATLAS experiments during July 2012, which is likely to be the Higgs boson.
