We quickly discussed the CDR author meeting of last Friday. Updated contributions are expected following the input from the discussions. We then went through the attached slides by John Osborne, with the figures for the civil engineering chapter of the CDR. This also includes a few drawings of the caverns. At first sight it looks if most or all of our input has been taken into account. The only questions raised by Alain is what is the best presentation strategy for the sliding doors. If there are any comemnts on these slides, please let me know asap. The next QD0 meeting is in two weeks from now, i.e. on Monday 20th of September at 10 AM in the usual place (B530). Thanks to everyone involved for assisting in this effort. (You will shortly receive an automatic mail from CDD asking for approval of these drawings). These drawings will be used as a basis for the drafting of the various infrastructure sections in the CES Chapter. As a reminder, I also attach the list of sections and authors that are to be included in this chapter. Also attached is the mail from Hermann with templates & instructions. Could you please endeavor to send me a first draft of your CES contributions by 24th September ? I propose that we have a CES meeting on Wednesday 29th September at 2:30pm to review the contributions. Our next deadline after this is to prepare a CES cost estimate for the end of October.
