Twice a year, a "Gentner Day" is held at CERN, where students get the opportunity to present their work in a larger forum outside of their group.
All Gentner Doctoral Students and their supervisors both at CERN and in Germany are invited to attend the Gentner Day. Travel costs for supervisors from Germany to CERN are paid through the Gentner Programme.
Beside student presentations, an overview talk is given by the Coordinator of the Gentner Programme at CERN and discussions with the coordinators and administrative members are held on possible deficiencies and improvements of the Programme.
