In this note we present L3 results on fermion-pair production.
The data used include the measurements of the total
hadronic and leptonic cross sections and the leptonic forward-backward
asymmetries performed in 1990-2000. Published data are combined with recent
preliminary results. The measurements are interpreted in the S-Matrix
framework.
