A model independent search for Higgs bosons is performed using 
625 pb$^{-1}$ of data taken at LEP energies between 189 and 209 GeV.  
No signal is found.
Upper limits are given for the production cross section
of Higgs bosons, $\sigma(e^+e^- \rightarrow $ hZ$)$ and 
and $\sigma(e^+e^- \rightarrow $ hA$)$, at 95\% C.L.
as function on the mass of the Higgs bosons.
