We report preliminary results on the measurement of triple-gauge-boson
couplings of the W boson in $e^+e^-$ collisions at LEP. Using
semi-leptonic W-pair events measured in the L3 detector at LEP,
we determine the couplings $g_1^Z$, $\kappa_\gamma$, $\lambda_\gamma$, 
$g_5^Z$, $\lambda_Z$ and $\kappa_Z$.  The measurements are combined with
results obtained from the study of single-W production.
