A search for photonic events with missing energy is performed 
using data collected by the L3 detector at center-of-mass energies 
up to 208 GeV. The results obtained are used to derive the value 
for the $e^+e^- \rightarrow \nu\overline{\nu}(\gamma)$ cross section 
as well as upper limits on new physics processes.
