Title: Hard-photon production in e+e_ collisions at LEP

The process e+ e- -> n gamma, with n>= 2, is studied using 
the data sample collected by the L3 detector  at centre-of-mass
energies between 192 and 202 GeV, corresponding to an integrated
luminosity of 233 pb-1. The observed distributions and the 
measured cross section are in good agreement with the Standard Model 
expectations. This is used to set limits on the QED cut-off parameters 
and the mass of excited electrons.
