Title: Study of the Double Tag Events in Two Photon Collisions at LEP A study of double tag events using the L3 detector at LEP has been performed. Data were collected at centre-of-mass energies from 189 GeV to 202 GeV for a total integrated luminosity of 410 pb-1. The cross-section of gamma*-gamma* collisions is measured at average momentum transfer squared < Q2 > = 15 GeV2. The results are in agreement with predictions based on perturbative QCD (PHOJET Monte Carlo model), while the Quark Parton Model alone is insufficient to describe the data. The measurements lie well below the LO BFKL prediction, but agree with the improved NLO BFKL calculations. Parallel sessions: 2, 3 Plenary sessions: 11, 12
