Title:  Search for the Neutral Higgs Bosons of the Minimal
         Supersymmetric Standard Model in e+e- Interactions
         in center-of-mass energies up to 202 GeV at LEP

A search for the lightest neutral scalar and neutral pseudoscalar
Higgs bosons in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model is
performed using all of the data collected by L3 at center-of-mass
energies up to 202 GeV at LEP.  The data are evaluated for
representative scans of the SUSY parameters.  Limits on the masses
of the lightest neutral scalar and pseudoscalar are given as a 
function of tan(beta).  Lower mass limits independent of tan(beta)
are also set.
