Title:  Search for the Higgs Boson Decaying into Two Photons in
        e+e- Interactions at center-of-mass energies up to 202 GeV at LEP

A search is performed for a Higgs boson, decaying into two photons,
using the data collected by the L3 detector at center-of-mass energies
up to 202 GeV at LEP.  The process e+e- -> HZ -> qq gamma gamma is 
considered.  Limits on the rate of the Higgs boson decay into two
photons as a function of the Higgs mass are presented.
