Title: Bose-Einstein Correlations in e+e- -> W+W- Events at sqrt(s)
at or above  189 GeV

We investigate Bose-Einstein correlations in W-pair production with
the L3 detector at LEP at center-of-mass energies at or above 
189 GeV.  In particular, we investigate Bose-Einstein
correlations in W+W- overlap and the possible existence of these
correlations between particles coming from different W's, which may
influence the W mass measurements in the fully-hadronic channel e+e-
-> W+W- -> qqqq.  The results are preliminary.
