Title: Improved Measurement of Longitudinally and Transversely Polarised W+W-
Bosons in  e+e- collisions at sqrt(s) = 192-202 GeV.

Preliminary results of the W+- bosons helicity fractions, using the
data collected at centre-of-mass energies of 192 - 202
GeV,corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 233 pb-1 are
presented.
The fraction of longitudinally polarised W bosons is
measured, and the result is combined with the published data at
center-of-mass energies of 183 GeV and 189 GeV.  Furthermore, the
combined data demonstrate clearly the variation of the W helicity
fractions with the W polar scattering angle.  The helicity information
is used to study WW spin correlations.
