Title: Preliminary Results on the Measurement of Triple-Gauge-Boson Couplings
of the W Boson in e+e- interactions  at sqrt(s) from 192 geV to 202 GeV.

  
  We report preliminary results on the measurement of
  triple-gauge-boson couplings of the W boson in e+e- 
  collisions at 192 <= sqrt(s) <= 202GeV. 
  Using W-pair events selected in a data sample
  corresponding to a total luminosity of 233.25 pb-1 collected by
  the L3 detector at LEP during the 1999 data taking period, we
  measure the couplings g1Z, kappa-gamma, lambda-gamma,
  g5Z, lambda-Z  and kappa-Z.
  Preliminary results are combined with our previous 
  W-pair  results based 
  on the data collected in 1998 and with results obtained from 
  the study of single-W production. We also show results of the measurement of
  the electromagnetic couplings kappa-gamma and lambda-gamma, obtained 
  analysing the single-photon production in the same data sample.
