Built relative to LHCb v44r0, with the following changes:

New features

• Add from ReDecay flag for MCParticle, !1186 (@dmuller) [LHCBGAUSS-1357]
  Flags a particle that was produced in the ReDecay part of an event. Uses bit 5 of the already existing bit-field.
  No updates for Run1+Run2 Boole, Moore and Brunel should be necessary to propagate the information.

Enhancements

• Reproducible MDF content, !1032 (@rmatev)
  Ensures strict reproducibility of MDFs. It has no observable effect except for helping the testing in Moore.

  • Initialize padding bytes in HltSelRep event model
  • Reset packed data checksums on every event (much more useful for testing with streaming).
  • Add a script to dump the bytes of the raw events, decompressing the DstData bank as needed.

• Tolerate duplicate L0 data, !1205 (@rmatev)
  In case multiple locations contain data for the same fiber, instead of throwing an exception just warn and ignore anything but the data from the first location.
  Also refactor the way which the HC emulation is setup. This helps later in L0App.

• Add support 2018 Turbo data processing (both in Tesla nd elsewhere) !1178 (@apearce)

Monitoring changes

• Fix L0DU checker warning for unmonitored channels, !1195 (@rmatev)
  Warn only if there are more than 32 requested L0 conditions.
