Built relative to LHCb v44r1, with the following changes:

Enhancements

• Updated ParticleID to handle new PDG ID numbering conventions., !1223 (@philten) [LHCBGAUSS-770]
  Also, expand the class to handle BSM physics models that are typically used in Pythia 8.

• Add Deuteron ProbNN definition, !1230 (@jonrob)
  Adds ProbNNd definition to ProtoParticle extra info enums.
  Makes available at the analysis level new MC15TuneV1 Deuteron networks.Will have no impact on 2018 data taking as Deuteron networks not enabled by default.

Bug fixes

• Add work around to RichPID unpacking to correct incorrect data version., !1245 (@jonrob)
  RichPID data object version was not being properly set in the new (since Reco17) version of the RICH reconstruction. This means the version saved in the data is 0 and not, as it should, 2. This workaround corrects the data version to 2 during the unpacking if packing version > 3 but data version = 0.

• LoKiCore: Fix for LHCBPS-1776, !1222 (@ibelyaev)

  • fix found_N family of algorithms
  • it fixes incorrect behaviour of inclusive decay descriptors

• Fix 2017 default time, !1220 (@cattanem)
  The previous value was beyond the end of the last fill of 2017, when the magnet had already been switched off.

Code modernisations and cleanups

• Fix CondDBBrowser runtime and drop Qt4, !1241 (@clemenci)
  • add runtime dependency on libxkbcommon.so
  • drop support for PyQt4
  • reformatted browser code (with yapf)
  • improved about dialog
