The LOVELL Project

Welcome to the LOVELL project website.

Announcements

To have access to all the available versions, please follow this link.

Lovell is the dedicated monitoring project for the LHCb VELO.

Lovell uses the Gaudi framework, is built with CMake and is structured as a set of CMT projects.

Plus installation and future releases

As Lovell is a new project under development, new versions will be released periodically to keep up to date with changes to the underlying packages. The latest version can typically be found installed on the plus nodes, as described here. This installation is maintained by the project manager, who should be contacted if further updates are required or a problem is found.

Project history

The history of dependencies and included packages can be viewed for any tagged version (including the ones that have been removed) from the SVN web interface. Check for the versions with the relevant SVN tags. For project dependencies see the Lovell_vXrY/CMakeLists.txt file.

Reporting bugs

You are encouraged to report any bugs concerning LOVELL by sending an email to the VELO DQ planning mailing list.
