Matching Module

Before a match operation at least one sequence must be selected by means of a USE command. Matching is then initiated by the MATCH command. The matching module can act on more than one sequence simultaneously by specifying more than one sequence when INITIATING the matching mode. From this command to the corresponding ENDMATCH command MAD accepts the matching commands listed below. For a mathematical description of the minimisation procedures see [James].
