If the system command refers to an EXEC file the string
must begin with the word EXEC.
Synonyms or abbreviations are not always accepted.
It is recommended to use standard CMS command names
and to spell them out in full.
Examples:
SYSTEM,"ERASE TESTDATA MAD A"
