SAVE Statement

The SAVE command has two formats:

SAVE,FILE=file-name

file-name is a string. The command causes all beam element, beam line, and parameter definitions to be written on the named file. If the OPTION,MAD8 is active, the format is MAD-8 format, otherwise it is MAD-9 format. The file may be read again in the same run. Examples:

SAVE,FILE="structure";
SAVE,"structure";
