The 16-channel tension tester. I will install the screen
and keyboard on a mobile cart, The electronics will be move to the same
table as the stand. The operator will then be able to enter data and move
the stamp probe while sitting.
The stringing and tension station from IU.
On the right hand side, I had a shelf added to house the flat screen and keyboard. We're not allowed to drill holes in the floor so I'm having a 5th leg added for stability. The operator will be able to sit on a high stool to enter commands at the keyboard. I'll add anti-fatigue mats around the station. So the desk behind the stringing station will disappear. The PC will be on the floor under the shelf.
The corner reserved for the Gain Mapper and a table set for HV tests and conditioning. The new HV conditioning stand could be placed where this table is. The gas supply is ready with Ar-CO2 mixture and CO2 for HV tests.
The dimensional test station and the leak tester.
One computer will be installed in the control rack of
the leak tester. The other one will be used for the dimensional checks
and receiving the modules into the database. This station is in working
order.
Now, the big question, what's wrong between this picture and the one below?
